At Call Aid UK we offer 3 different master panels, this page describes the functionality of each so that you can choose which suits your needs best. After you have chosen a master panel simply click the relevent ‘next’ button to choose peripherals to add to your system.

The Call Aid 1133 Wireless Duress Alarm system is plug and play, easy to install and designed for small-scale simple systems. Supporting up to 8 buttons, with a high contrast O-LED display to show alerts and their respective room numbers.
The 1133 Wireless Duress System is easy to maintain with only battery replacements for the panic buttons to think about. When the batteries are running low, you are given a visible and audio warning on the 1133 Duress Alarm Panel.

The Call Aid 1133 Wireless Duress Alarm system is a plug and play, easy to install and is ideal for refurbishments and retrofit scenarios. It has been designed for simpler and smaller systems that only require the display to inform you of the room number to attend when a panic call is placed on the system. The 1133 Duress Alarm can be installed straight out of the box. The 1150 radio panic buttons can be placed either on the wall or under the desk, and are simple to install.

Master Panel - Fast Fit or wired
The Call Aid 1142 Master Panel can cover a wide range of solutions depending on your needs.
The Master Panel can be used in various settings, including nursing homes, banks, leisure centres, offices, football stadiums, schools, and colleges. It is also suitable for disabled toilets, public reception desks, security staff, swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, and interview rooms.
The 1142 Master Panel is the most flexible and concise master panel that Call Aid offers, it can be paired with up to 50 calling units per type. *1
This master panel is programmed with the room names before it is despatched to you, making it as easy and hassle free, when installing. The 1142 Wired Master Panel can be easily installed using CAT5e cable.
The 1142 Master Panel has a high contrast O-LED display. This makes Assistance/ Panic alerts really stand out for easy viewing, that paired with the internal sounder to grab your attention. When more than one alert is present on the system, the 1142 System will alternate with all the current alerts yet to be cleared from the system. When night mode is enabled this will make the alerts less intrusive. The inbuild mute function will mute the current alerts on the system for a set period of time.
The Call Aid 1142 Master Panel can cover a wide range of solutions for larger businesses or organizations. Multiple master panels can be purchased and connected to provide comprehensive coverage. With its radio range of up to 80m indoors and 200m outdoors and the option to add radio repeaters, the Master Panel is recommended for medium to large sites.

The advantage of having a wired 1142 system is location based alerts. When an alert is triggered using a PPB (Portable Panic Button), this will be clearly displayed on the 1142 Master Panel with the level of alert (Assistance/ Panic) and the location of the closest Radio/IR Receiver *2.
When more than one alert is present on the system, the 1142 System will alternate with all the current alerts yet to be cleared from the system. When night mode is enabled this will make the alerts less intrusive. The inbuilt mute function will mute the current alerts on the system for a set period of time.
