    The AtSite system has been developed as a dedicated Attendance/Duty of Care solution aimed at providing supervisors with detailed information relating to their teams activities. Used in conjunction with the cloud based Management account and Processing system provides a powerful but intuitive reporting solution.

    These systems allow a company to generate data about staff movements that can then be used for many business processes including proof of work done, area inspection records, public liability monitoring and localising staff.

    This is a high performance cloud based database and reporting system.

    Data is uploaded from the AtSite system into the cloud based database. Once stored it is immediately available for analysis and reporting by suitably authorised users.

    AtSite Management accounts can be accessed from any Internet capable device such as a PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android Phone, Android Tablet, Windows Phone, Windows Tablet and any device with an internet browser.

    Description

    AtSite lets you use your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android Phone* and Android Tablet for attendance verification of staff. This can be used in any situation where staff attendance at specified locations need to be recorded and managed.

    Before using AtSite, Bluetooth Beacons are first fitted to strategic locations that staff must pass by in the course of their duties.

    Staff carry a mobile device with the AtSite App installed. The App receives the location signal from the Beacons. This interaction between the Beacon and the AtSite App is logged and then passed to the database in your User Account via an internet connection.

    * Minimum specifications for Android devices; Android 4.4 KitKat. API level 19. With Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy.

    The logged data can be managed and reports generated detailing exactly when your staff were on site and when they exited.

    Using the logged data, reports may then be generated to show staff movements past the Beacons. This data can be used to provide proof of work done, shows staff attended locations as required, and can be used as information for public liability defence – as well as other staff attendance verification requirements.

    Typical application areas include; shopping centres for attendance verification of cleaning and security staff, monitoring office workers through a building, and also keeping track of staff on large sites to show where they were last located for occupational health and safety.
