Portable Activity Monitor (Wanderer)

The Portable Activity Monitor (PAM) self-powered transmitter unit is free standing, approximately 30 cm in height. There are no wires to trip over as the unit is linked by radio to the master processor. This unit can be programmed to bring assistance to any room on the nurse call system. The battery power will last for approximately six/eight months between charges depending on usage. Any number of PAM units can be used in the same building.

This device is a safe and effective alternative to a pressure mat which is a trip hazard.

The system is wire-free and meets health & safety regulations regarding trailing cables.
